Olaf Bender

Olaf Bender studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt. He developed new business models for combined heat and power technology with a start-up in Mannheim. In 2013 he joined the innovation department of DIN, the German Institute for standardization. As innovation manager he is responsible for advancing new technologies in areas such as smart textiles and energy transition.
