Biography
Dr Leire Francés received an M.S in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Navarra (2012) and a Master’s Degree in Product Design and Development from the Elisava School of Design and Engineering (2016). She received her PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2020 and during her thesis, she has specialized in user-centred methodologies to design wearables. She has several scientific publications in the area of wearables and design methodologies. She has worked in industrial companies and she has also experienced as a University Professor. Currently, she is the Product Manager of Fesia Technology; a scientific-based company of wearable medical devices for brain recovery.
