Janine is the head of personality development for female leaders at WLOUNGE. She is a systemically trained coach who professionally advises and accompanies women in management and key positions and supports them on their personal and professional path with EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, EMPATHY, PASSION: as a coach, strategic communication expert, speaker for the topics of female leadership and diversity, Workshop leader in companies, lecturer in universities of applied sciences and mentor.
The core of her work is the development and establishment of an authentic courageous female leader. As a former woman in leadership in business and science, she knows the challenges and opportunities of women at the top of large companies very well.
