Lightning Talk: MYOW Project / Make your own wearables
The objective of the project “MYOW – Make your Own Wearables” is the connection of designers, makers, service providers and manufacturers of personalized wearables in a digital service space. This covers services for the combination and linking of sensors, devices and textiles, which can be flexibly connected to service chains. The new business models developed in the project allow to regulate the co-production and also support the extension of the portfolio currently offered by the providers. This should enable the creation of new products and support the step from private DIY (do it yourself) making to the foundation of a start-up company.
